Tym pickup. T-90 MIIV

These Tym T-90 pickups are hand made by me here in Brisbane and are based on the original Mosrite Mk II/V pickup fitted into a standard P-90 cover* to retrofit into any P-90 loaded guitar without modification. I have made these for years but have settled on a different cover that still has handmade marks but looks more ... P-90.

The construction is identical to the pickups used by Johnny Ramone in the early days and coincidently, also used by Kurt Cobain in his Gospel. Yes, they're the same pickup in the slab body, the later Mk II and the Mark V internally. 

As per original Mosrite the bridge and neck pickups are the same. These are hand wound with AWG44 plain enamel wire around segmented Alnico magnets and wooden and plastic bobbins. String spacing is 65mm. Lead wires are approx. 300mm and are black and white like the originals. None of my pickups are potted.
