These Tym JR-1 pickups are hand made by me here in Brisbane and are based on the original D1Marzio single coil as fitted to Johnny Ramones white "slab body" Mosrite model II among many others including Rory Gallaghers and the Edges Strats.
The construction is very similar to the original 70's version with high output and "non beveled" Alnico 5 slug magnets.
This is a 14.3K bridge pickup that will drop into any Strat or Johnny Ramone replica or sound-a-like. These are hand wound with AWG44 plain enamel wire. String spacing is 49mm. Lead wires are approx. 300mm and are black and white like the originals. None of my pickups are potted.
