Tym guitars offer

As I live in a part of a country that has seen heavy flooding increase dramatically since the late 90's I am once again offering my services to anyone affected by the recent cyclone and/or flood that followed.

I first offered this service in the big floods of 2001 and have made the offer every flood since. I will assess and/or fix any guitar, amp of effect that has been damaged by the floods for free excluding some specialized parts which I will charge at cost. Most small parts (pots, jacks, switches, strings etc. are covered)

I have repaired many flood effected guitars, amps and effects over the last 24 years and I'm happy to say a large percentage of stuff sent to me has been repaired to completely playable condition including stuff that was completely under water.

A couple of years ago I fixed 3 Fender Offsets from Lismore that were floating in floodwater for days. 

Some stuff, mainly badly effected effects and sometimes amps cannot be fixed safely. I do not charge for assessments, quotes and insurance evaluations on these.
