Well, I've dusted off my old hand made fret slot saw I made back in the late 90's when Wosrite "production" ramped up. A friend once called this the most dangerous power tool he'd ever seen but I cut over 250 fretboards with it without incident. (touch wood)
It may have been my use of a then current Tym Fuzz enclosure as a 240V footswitch that had him worried but it's nice to be able to turn it on and off without hands...
I'll reset this next week to cut some baritone fretboards for an upcoming project.
