This little Ministar Lestar came in for some work to get it playing a little better.
Because the bridge/tailpiece has no real adjustment for height or intonation I had to file slots in the plate to be able to move it to adjust action.
Despite being a straight bridge, it actually intonated reasonably well but everything was a little sharp, so I made a spacer to move the whole tailpiece back slightly.
Now the action is great, and the intonation is "almost" spot on.
This is a great little design and well-made and executed. There are a couple of things I would change but being restricted to the limitations of its purpose, it's a cool little idea.
