Pleasant SEL220 1965-66
MIJ. Good but played condition with player wear and chips and scratches. Medium weight solid body with VERY playable neck with rosewood fretboard and zero fret. Three great medium high output single coil pickups. All original electronics including multi switch. Great Pleasant vibrato. Non original vibrato arm. New tuners with evidence of old tuners. Non original knobs. No breaks or repairs (except new tuners). With softcase.
Pleasant guitars were made in the Shinko Gakki factory and only made electric guitars for 2 years ('64-'66) and were copnsidered one of the better quality factories having made organs and pianos. Plesant was the domestic name and they were sold OS as Cipher, Lafayette and Westone, among others.
