A re-delivery charge within Australia of $16 will be charged if no-one is there to accept the shipment on first delivery by courier.

Any product modified at the request of the customer is paid for in full before work commences and is not valid for return.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
We offer exchanges on some products with 14 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, contact us and discuss it. You will need your tax invoice (email receipt) as proof of purchase. Faulty items will be replaced/repaired where possible for the duration of the warranty. Other returns will be exchanged or credited as a gift voucher. Any product returned needs to be in original "as sold" condition with all relevant packaging. A return/restock fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may apply to returns.
All products remain the property of Tym guitars until complete payment is received.
